Notable features of the machine!!!

1.Screen mesh size:0.5~0.002inch,stainless steel woven mesh,square hole

2.Below 0.1inch mesh are very fine and easy to be blocked by materials, but don't worry,we have method to solve this,we add many bounce balls under the fine mesh,when the machine work,they jump and hit the mesh sharply and avoil the mesh from being blocked.   

1440RPM high rated speed vibrating motor: theoretically the motor can work 24hours day continuously,but in order to keep a long service life of the motor,pls do Periodic maintenance.

1.Material running trajectory:

  It has a upright motor as vibration source.There are two eccentric blocks fixed at the upper and bottom of the motor,which turn the motor’s rotary motion into horizontal vertical inclined three dimensional movement,then deliver the motion to the sifter.

By adjusting the phase angle ,can change the trajectory of materials in the sifter.

   

2.Noise level:

usually the noise level is 73~80 dB,BUT i have to sincerely tell you if has bounce balls under the mesh,the noise maybe much lounder...

3.Application:

 

Three main applications:   classification   or   sieving;   solidliquid   separation   or   filter;   washing   and   cleaning .
