DF two generations had made effort on studying and researching about how to brew high quality vinegar in short time. In the year of 2006,we finally invented automatic brewing vinegar equipment and acquired patent. This kind of equipment has characteristics as follow:
1. Short fermentation time: 8-24 hours from alcohol to acetic acide.
2. High conversion about ethonal-turn-acetic acid.
3. Whole process is controlled by DF control system automatically.
System : Electronic monitoring automatic feeding system, fungus-bed-curing system, automatic breeding and bacteria culture gas equably distribution system, cold-hot water circulation system, acid gas and alcohol recovery system.
The bottom Aerators is applied to oxygenating and mixing in fermenter treatment. It intergrates the pump, air-blower, gas-liquid mixers which can be operated under the vinegar making machine.
DF automatic control system controls the production of liquid vinegar brewing with Siemens PLC control device. It connects online alcohol and temperature device. Setting through the control panel in advance can automaticaaly control feeding, discharging, cooling and whole process. Meanwhile, system can observe online alcohol ratio, fermenrtation rate, fermenting temperature etc.
Defoaming machine is applied for defoaming during various type of fermenting process. Like fermenting process of antibiotics, fermenting process of amino acid organic, fermenting process of yeast raise, fermenting process of vinegar.
