Cooking Method
Please wash a duck about 1.5kg at first, fish it out of the water after boiling for 8 minutes. Put the washed duck into a 31cm casserole, and add a pack of Duck Soup Seasoning and 3L water. It is ready to serve after simmering for 2-3 hours on the slow fire.
This product also suits for chicken, pork chop, pork tripe, pork trotter, and fish besides duck. Need no more seasoning. (If there are some white patches in your soup, please feel safe to enjoy it, they are amino acid crystals.)
