PACKING:  (A)  IN STANDARD EXPORT PACKINGIN NEW POLYPROPYLENE (PP) BAGS WITH AN INNER POLYTHENE LINING.  THE CONTENTS OF SUGAR IN EACH BAG SHOULD BE 50 KGS.

Payment Terms

• · 20% of the total value equivalent to US$ ............ to be remitted to the Seller’s  account within 3 days from the signing of the contract and upon receipt of Proforma Invoice from the supplier.
• ·Balance 80% of the amount shall be remitted by the buyer to the seller’s account upon Shipment and the seller faxing/ emailing the Non Negotiable set of shipping documents to the buyer’s office at ........... SHIPMENT   :    within 30 days from the date of receipt of 20% advance

SHIPMENT MARKING   :   As advised by the buyer upon signing of the contract

1) Buyers to comfirm their requirements by issuing LOI/ICPO and provide all relevant details inluding complete banks details.

2) Seller to issue Draft Contract for buyer's approval and siging.

3) Seller will issue Proforma Invoice to facilitate down payment of 20%.

4) Balance 80%, to be remitted to seller's account after the shipment against non-negotiable shipping documents.
