White Peony:

 

" Bai Mu Dan" white peony is a slightly fermented white tea and the second grade of white tea after Silver Needle white tea. The reason it is called peony is that after brewing, the elegant shape of one bud with green leaves resembles a newly-open peony bud.

 

WHITE PEONY TEA has a good reputation for its green leaves with silver heart, the shape like flowers , After brewing green leaves held out buds. Like a bud early release. White Peony is made of 1 to 2 leaves of a bud short shoots which collected from White tea or Narcissus species. Collected from a fat white tea made from white tea buds called Bai Hao Silver Needle, It’s named for its white silver color, needle shape.
