Description: Bay Scallops are thought to be more flavorful than sea scallops. Chinese bay scallops are derived from a stock obtained off the U.S. Atlantic coast. Generally only the adductor muscle is eaten. Our Chinese bay scallops are harvested from the cool waters of the Yellow Sea. They are available in IQF frozen packs.
