bell pepper is a solanace of which dried or fresh fruits are highly prized condiments.
It's also the mane culture of diffa ( region situated in East of Niger). Sold fresh or dried, Niger's bell pepper is exported to Benin, Ivory Coast and especially nto Nigeria (75% - 80% of the production).
The two varieties, "Kangadi Glaro" and "Miri Koro or Morti", are the most cultivated.
