       Made from the concentrated pulp of fine black olives. Use as a spread on bread, crackers and pizza. Gia black olive paste adds a special flavour to salad dressings and sauces. Toss into plain pasta or spread on meats and fish before cooking. Ideal for Tapenade and for adding interest to dips.
