Black tea Pu-er tea can be purchased as either raw/green (sheng) or ripened/cooked (shu), depending on processing method or aging. Sheng pu-erh can be roughly classified on the tea oxidation scale as a green tea, and the shou or aged-green variants as post-fermented tea. The fact that pu-erh fits in more than one tea type poses some problems for classification. For this reason, the "green tea" aspect of pu-erh is sometimes ignored, and the tea is regarded solely as a post-fermented product. Unlike other teas that should ideally be consumed shortly after production, pu-erh can be drunk immediately or aged for many years; pu-erh teas are often now classified by year and region of production much like wine vintages.

What is Black Tea Pu Er tea?

 

Black Tea Pu-er tea (also commonly known as 'puer,' 'pu'er,' 'po lei' and 'bolay' tea) is originated thousands of years ago in the Yunnan Province of China, where large-leaf tea trees (Dayeh) grow. Its history relates closely to the tea trade between China and other nations (notably Tibet), and it is named for the town from which it was originally sold en route to other countries (Pu'er City). Black tea Pu Er Tea is one of the Yunnan Specialty. According to the processing craft, there is a differentiation of cooked/ripe(shou) and raw(sheng) types.The  shou  type refers to those varieties that have gone through an accelerated post-fermentation process,while the  sheng  types are those in the process of gradual darkening through exposure to the environmental elements.

 

Brewing

1. Wash the tea pot with boiling water first,cleaning the pot .

2.Put the Tuo cha which you like into the tea pot .

3.Put boiling water into the tea pot ,washing and waking up the tea.

4.Wait for 2 minutes ,then pour out the tea,clean teacups.

5.Put boiling water into the tea pot again

6.Cover ,wait for 5 secons.

7.Press the button on the tea pot ,let tea sink to the bottom of the pot .

 8.Romove bladder of the pot .

9.Put tea into every cup, then enjoy together
