Currently, one of our kinds of cassia which has been selling so well on Indian, Bangladeshi markets is broken cassia (broken cinnamon ). Our product of broken cassia is divided into two (02) grades:

1. BROKEN CASSIA OF GRADE AA (THICK, HIGH OIL CONTENT) :

• Thickness: > 2.5mm
• Oil content: >3.0%
• Length: < 25cm
• Moisture: 12% max
• Admixture: 1.0% max
• Color: reddish
• Taste: sweet hot
• Clean, no fungus.

2. BROKEN CASSIA OF GRADE A (THIN, HOT) :

• Thickness: < 2.5mm
• Oil content: > 2.0%
• Length: < 25cm
• Moisture: 12% max
• Admixture: 1.0% max
• Color: yellow
• Taste: high hot
• Clean, no fungus.
