Introduction:

     This machine includes the feeding machine and packing machine. The feeding machine will 

align  the chiclets from  the hopper into a line in the feeding tunnel by electromagnet vibrator and 

then send these  chiclets into the packing machine.  The packing  machine takes these chiclets and 

packs 4-10 chiclets into a stick with one paper.  The biggest advantage of this  machine is  that 

the  dual-tunnel for feeding and package machine is adopted.  Thus the packing speed is

improved  greatly.  The performance of this machine is steady and reliable under running.

   This machine adopts excellent electric appliance, PLC control system, a frequency converter for 

infinite speed adjustment,  photocell system and automatic compensating function with servo motor 

for a ccurate cutting of the outer paper,  operatormachine interface for setting, amending and saving 

all parameters during running.  The protection covers are used in  the mechanical driving parts. 

This machine is designed for massive production of chiclet sticks  in the food industry.
