Elaborated with the traditional Cava queen’s varieties: Xarel.lo, Macabeo and Parellada, to achieve a classic cava according to the traditional artisan method which guarantees excellent quality.
Tasting Notes: Cava with extremely fine bubbles, because their average breeding. Very fine aroma with notes of ripe fruit. In the palate is fresh, very dry, balanced, elegant, fruity and with good presence.
Serve: We recommend serving between 6 º C and 7 º C.
