The Cheju Tang-Citron tea was made with the Tang Citron fruits which grows only in cheju island and it was widely use as food and a sort of chinese medicine. A little bitter taste of the Tang Citron Tea caused by the Narinjin(150mg%) and hesperidin(250mg%)contained in the Tang citron fruit and it contains 2 to 3 more times of the ingredient than other citrons.
