Similar in flavor and texture to a clam, the conch has a sweet distinct taste that is often paired with spicy sauce and/or island seasoning. It is often "cooked" by marinating the white meat in LIME juice, commonly known as Cherice. Conch meat is also used to make conch chowder and fritters. There are many ways to prepare conch, all of which are delicious. Please inquire about cooking methods if interested.
