The Custard Cubes are also called Custard Gnocchetti; Prepared with cold custard cut into small cubes, then covered with flour and breaded crumbs.

Ingredients: Milk, semi-finished product for breading: (wheat flour, yeast, salt, paprika), sugar, water, wheat flour, Maize flour, vegetable oil, modified maize starch waxy, a powdered egg, potassium sorbate, natural flavours, food dyes: E102 and E110, leavening agents.

Preparation: To be eaten cooked. Do not defreeze. In a deep fat fryer fryer: 2 minutes in very hot oil (180c). In a pan: 2’30” in very hot oil.

Normally we would require a minimum order of 1 pallet (130 Boxes @ 5kgs each = 260 Packets of 2.5kg) but we will accept an order for half pallet (65 Boxes @ 5kg each = 130 Packets of 2.5kg) and we will work with you to build up to one pallet.
