Auto revolving, irrevocable; fully funded; full payment at sight L/C based on FOB delivery terms only; issued by HSBC or Standard Chartered Bank, Credit Suisse, Bank of China, etc.

4. Order quantity
a. 10,000 tons per shipment x 12 consecutive shipments per production contract

B. 15,000 tons per shipment x 12 consecutive shipments per production contract

C. 20,000 tons per shipment x 12 consecutive shipments per production contract

 

5. Delivery period

A. First delivery: within 60 days

B. Second delivery: within 45 days

C. Third and next delivery: within 30 days

 

6. Delivery basis
a. FOB loading port basis only

B. Buyer responsible for the final delivery to the destination port

C. Loading QQ survey conducted by bulking storage terminal operator
