TECHNOLOGY: One is treatment at vacuum dehydrating to the emptiness by few minutes. This modern system allows to obtain a crunch fruit without the typical structural deformation that undergoes dehydrated natural products to the being in a traditional system.
YIELD: By each 10 to 12 KG of natural or congealed fruit 1 KG of fruit dehydrated to the vacuum emptiness is obtained.
EXPIRATION OF THE PRODUCT:10 months to one year.
HUMIDITY:3-5%
USE: Single snack or covered with chocolate, complement for cereals for breakfast, yogurt, desserts, bakery, etc.
