Description:
Process Flow: Raw Material Selection → Cleaning → Cutting into Sections → Enucleating → Sugaring → Saccharifying → Drying → Shaping → Sub-Packaging → Finished Products
Preparation Method: Select peaches with pure white or pure yellow pulp, compact texture and small pitcavity as raw material, clean with clear water, enucleate and cut into sections, put into stainless steel kettle, add White Sugar into stainless steel kettle, boil to keep peach sections nondeformed, fish out the peach sections from sugaring liquor, put into baking plates, send into baking rooms, ventilate and dehumidify, and finally produce flat oval.
Features: In the colors from light yellow to cream yellow, semitransparent, glossy, and complete sections, even size, soft and tenacious texture and flavor, and fragrance of fresh peaches.
