Natamycin (or can be called pimaricin) is a tetracyclic polyene antibiotic.
Natamycin 50% in lactose is made of 50/50 blend of natamycin and lactose.
It is a very strong antifungal agent, so it can inhibit the growth of yeast and mold, and prevent the formation of aflatoxin effectively .
Compared with other antibacterial ingredients, natamycin has very low toxicity to the cell of mammals.
Usage:
