Rosemary Extract is natural antioxidant and antimicrobial which widely used in Food additives, comestiic, seafood, phamaceuticals, health food, natural colours, tabacoo, edible oils, drinks and beverage feed and so on. It contains oil-soluble carnosic Acid and water-soluble rosmarinic acid.
1. Antioxidant capabilities than BHA, bht and other synthetic antioxidants, and polyphenols and other natural antioxidants. Oil in different effect than in BHT and BHA high 2-4 times better than the VC, is 1-2 times that of tea polyphenols.
2. Good thermal stability: High temperature, long-term tolerance of high temperature frying 240 degrees while maintaining antioxidant effect.
3. Safe non-toxic: The Ministry of Health has adopted the provisions of the Safety Assessment Test (LD50: 12g/kg body weight).
