Gum Arabic is a natural exudate from the stems of Acacia senegal and related species. It is a safe, harmless natural plant gum that has been used in the food industry for centuries. Its main components are high molecular weight polysaccharides and their calcium, magnesium, and potassium salts, including arabinose, galactose, and glucuronic acid.
Our food grade Gum Arabic is made from selected raw materials, appearing as off-white to light yellowish-brown fine powder, odorless and tasteless, with good water solubility and stable quality.
