Commodity: 100000-200000 kilos of Blueberries

Minimum: 50000 kilos

Description:

Duke blueberries:                approx. 20000kilos.

Bluecrop blueberries:           approx. 40000 kilos.

Brigitta blueberries:             approx. 40000 kilos.

Brightwell blueberries:         approx. 60000 kilos.

Tyflue blueberries:             approx. 40000 kilos.

Packaging: Packaging container will be a clam style with first option 2.5 kilos and second option will be 8 kilos containers.

Delivery: Our Client will package and deliver blueberries to Port of Valparaiso, Chile and load blueberries on ship containers with climate control (plane shipment is also available FOB or CIF) that will take approximately 10000kilos to 12000kilos per container provided by the buyer. If FOB, buyer will then assume all responsibility and liability for product once loaded on ship and all shipping and handling costs (Minus the cost of shipping blueberries from Our Client to Port of Valparaiso). For further transportation to port of destination or freight cargo please advise port of delivery.

Inspection: Blueberries and packaging will be Inspected and sealed prior to shipping by S.A.G. of Chile at Clients farms.

Terms: Confirmed, irrevocable, buyer will assume all responsibility for

Blueberries once loaded on ship, Shipment schedule will be as follows:    partial shipment allowed, 100% site, transferable and operational for length of contract.

Payment: Letter of credit for total contract. Payments for each shipment must be in full after confirmation of each shipment.
