1. For our new customer, we will do our best to find the forwarder to you, meantime, we will help you prepare the document for custom clearance, and also inform you the procedures for custom clearance.
2. We welcome you or the third party visit our plant for inspection, our QC will be along with you to answer your questions.
You are not available to pay hours for visit ? Don’t worry, our sales will inspect the products on behalf of you to make sure that you will get the goods with good shape, also will offer the photos to you.

12) After sale :
1. We suggest customers come to our factory inspect the goods before loading.
2. We suggest customers insure the goods and request their carrier do the operation safety during the transportation.
3. Any complains should be submitted to us within 15working days after the cargos arrived the destination port.
4. Following points should be call your attention when you submitting the complains :
a) The PI or PO number.
b) The detail description of problems in writing by email or fax .
c) The pictures or video that can show the problems clearly.
