Consistent Lean-to-Fat Ratio: Standard blend 80/20 (80% lean, 20% fat) providing juicy texture and strong beef flavour after cooking. Other blends such as 85/15 or 90/10 can be produced upon request.
Uniform Mince Size: Controlled grinding ensures even particle size, giving better binding, texture and appearance in burgers, patties and meatballs.
Clean Beef Raw Material: Produced from fresh chilled beef trimmings and selected cuts, free from visible glands, excessive sinew and foreign matter.
Deep-Frozen for Shelf Life: Rapid freezing at –18°C or below to maintain colour, flavour and microbiological stability during storage and export.
