Our mussels processing plant uses state of the art machineries and we are now one of the only two companies in New Zealand capable of supplying a raw half shell mussel product.
This technological innovation gives our product a tremendous quality advantage. Our mussels are as pure and untouched as it gets keeping all their culinary and nutritional properties.
Half green shell mussels are traditionally opened using a steaming process. Our state of the art equipment opens green shell mussels using high pressure water (HP processed) which delivers a perfect product, fresher with higher culinary and nutritional values.
