Fresh wolfberry juice which introduce into a set of advanced juice line is manufactured through pre-treatment, juicing, Sterilization and sterile filling according to The USA Code of Garden Spgarden Stuff Juice Product HACCP---21CFR part 120 and The HACCP System of our corporation. The problems to keep wolfberry juice fresh at normal temperature have been solved. After the treatment with natural color protector, the original taste, color and nutrient content of wolfberry juice is kept unchanged, esp. the wolfberry polysaccharide containing the heat sensitivity nutriment and functional factor is kept unchanged.
