SENSORY PROFILE
Crema: hazel-coloured tending towards reddish with presence of lighter streaks typical of the best quality washed Arabicas. The persistence of the crema is excellent, its consistency average. The texture of the crema is extremely fine, a feature that makes its surface extremely smooth.
Aroma: intense and pleasant, with bitter chocolate and floral sensations against the classic aromatic background of toasted bread.
Flavour: balanced.
Body: particularly heavy.
Aftertaste: satisfying and persistent, with spicy, floral and chocolaty sensations.
