Product Description

  

  • Hokkaido Japanese beef is delicious and marbled with a low content of red meat. 
  • This beef marbled and very soft which is unique to Japan. 
  • The fat content gives the meat a sweetness that red meat does not have.

How To Make Boiled Shabushabu: 

  • Boil a pot of water and dip the meat in until cooked. 
  • Then dip the meat in your preferred sauce. (Ponzo, SESAME sauce etc.)   

How to Make Sukiyaki:

  • Place the Sukiyaki sauce and Vegetables in a pot and boil until there is steam. 
  • Then add the meat and continue boiling until the meat is cooked. Enjoy!
