HM80 soft serve flavor system :
Features:
4-flavor cabinet conveniently maintains up to 4 flavors within the system .
A whole range of fruit and cream syrups specifically prepared for this machine can be piped onto the ice-cream. In the lower part of the machine there are 4 different cabinet where the syrups are kept and through special pups the flavours are added onto the ice-cream. After selecting the flavour on the touch pad panel the syrup is instantly piped onto the ice-cream creating a mouth watering and colourful product.
HM80 have cooling system that can keep the syrups fresh at night .
Custom Micorprocessor provides extensive functionality such as flavor calibration for both flow and taste
1.Custom keypad serves as the primary operating station for flavor selections . Electronic sealed touch pad panel with simple-to-read buttons (production, cleaning, choice of flavours, etc.)
2.Flavor Selections are ( sold separately) highly concentrated and pakckage in containers for long , stable shelf life that required no refrigeration for maximum flavor impact and yield .

Heat Treatment System
* Provides a daily heating and cooling cycle to safely maintain dairy products up to 14 days before a complete disassembly and cleaning is required.
Freezer Cylinder
* Two , 2.8liters (2.96 quart, 0.74 gallons ) capacity.
Mix Hopper
* Two , 13 liters (13.8 quart, 2.85 gallons ) capacity.
* Maintain the temperature of mix, under 5 centidegree ( 41 degree Fahrenheit) in Auto & stand by mode.

* Mix Low alerts operator to add mix. Audible alarm sound when mix is low. When the mix out flashes, the unit shuts down automatically to prevent damage.
