» Directions for use

Step 1

Take 400ml. fresh milk. Boil for 3 minutes stirring continuously.

Step 2

Add the contents of the packet to boiling milk. Stir vigorously till dissolved.

Step 3

Allow the mixture to cool at room temp. Then put into the freezer for 1 hour.

Step 4

Remove the mixture from the freezer and whip (with electric / manual whipper) for 3 minutes.

Step 5

Pour mixture in an airtight container & freeze for 4-5 hrs. depending on the cooling of your refrigerator. Garnish and serve.
