Keemun Black Tea: it is black tea which has one bud with one leaf or two leaves. Stripes of leaves are tight and slender; the color and luster is pitch-black with grey which is called ‘glory’. The color of liquor is red and brilliant; tea leaves after brewing are tender, soft, red and bright. The aroma is rich, sweet with orchid aroma or rose aroma. The taste is fresh and mellow, sweet and exquisite with lingering palate.
Making techniques: withering, rolling, fermentation.
Property and medical effects: it is warm in nature, able to promote diuresis, refresh oneself and eliminate fatigue, sterilize and resist inflammation, clear heat and promote the secretion of saliva, relieve summer heat, detoxicate, nourish stomach, promote blood circulation.

Picking period: spring tea-from around the tomb-sweeping day to grain rain day, summer tea-from June to August
Storage: to be stored at the dry place
Brewing Tips: put around 5g of tea into 210ml cover bowl,then brew with hot water at the temperature of 85-90℃ and steep for 5 seconds at the beginning. For late brewings, you can steep it for longer.
