PES UF Membrane+Composite Filter Element
Adopting PES hydrophilic UF membrane filtration technology,filtration precision could be 0.01micron.It can remove not only hazardous substances such as bacterial,sediment,parasites,colloid,rust,but also remove chlorine odor,heave metal,pesticide residue with the composite filter.Ensure the safety of water output.
Tips:Washing the composite filter before using,and then fill the PES UF membrane filter element canister and products outer barrel up with water,to make sure the UF membrane is moistened,the last step is to connect composite filter element to the UF membrane.
(As air can not be infiltrated through the UF membrane,that is why we have to fill up the water into canister.It will help air discharge and make sure water output normally).

Diatom Membrane Filter Element
Long lifespan,best choice for home use,maifanshi,tourmaline,CaSO3,Alkaline mineral power-phos could be oem according to the customer country water situation.
With the diatom membrane ceramic infiltration technology,filtration precision could be 0.01micron.It can remove not only hazardous substances such as bacterial,sediment,parasites,colloid,rust,but also remove chlorine odor,heave metal,pesticide residue with the composite filter.Ensure the safety of water output.
Tips:At the beginning of using this filter element, please draw off water 5~10 seconds also you’d better draw off 5~10 seconds after long time nonuse.When the the water output is decreased,please use the emery cloth or brush to wash the surface of filter element,draw off the water 5~10 seconds as well after cleaning the stains.

Coconut Carbon Filter Element
Adopting macromolecule membrane material and coconut cocoanut active charcoal,with the special formula and high-temperature baking technology,filtration precision could be 0.02micron.It can remove not only hazardous substances such as bacterial,sediment,parasites,colloid,rust,but also remove chlorine odor,heave metal,pesticide residue with the composite filter.Ensure the safety of water output.
Tips:At the beginning of using this filter element, please draw off water 5~10 seconds also you’d better draw off 5~10 seconds after long time nonuse.When the the water output is decreased,please use the emery cloth or brush to wash the surface of filter element,draw off the water 5~10 seconds as well after cleaning the stains.
(It is normal situation when there is some powdered carbon outflow while you are drawing off the 5~10 seconds water.)

 

PES UF Membrane+Composite Filter Element
Composite filter element: Use it firstly,please tear protective film ,flush it and then put PES UF membrane filter element inside. PES UF membrane filter element: Please fill in full water before use it and make it completely wet,then put in composite filter element in order to make filter element water flux can reach best condition.
Maintenance of filter element
When filtrated water output becomes less, please take down composite filter element,tap it lightly and flush it to clear colloid absorbed by it; (In order to ensure effect of filtrated water, you’d better change filter element in the scope of its life span); Also please take down ES UF membrane filter element, flush membrane surface to clear sediment,colloid and algae etc which are absorbed by membrane surface. Please change to new filter element timely if it is still less filtrated water output.

When filtrated water output becomes less obviously, it is because diatom membrane filter element is fouling. Please use hairbrush or sandpaper to scrub surface of filter element and clear dirt there, flush it and put it into purifier, then draw off water 5~10 seconds before you use it . The diatom membrane filter element can be flushed again and again for usage, please change to new filter element timely when it is still less filtrated water output after normal scrub Maintenance.

Three installation ways
The first way:For threadless water tap
A:Universal Silicone Adapter
B:Female Thread Adapter
C:Faucet Thimble
Firstly connect faucet thimble to a female thread adapter and screw onto the universal silicone adapter tightly.Then install the prepackaged universal silicone adapter to the threadless faucet.Use the straight screwdriver to tighten the metal lock ring.The last step is to screw the faucet thimble to the filter subject.You can start to use right now.

The second way:For external thread water tap
1,Choose the adaptive female thread adapter and packing washer.
2,Screw off the faucet bubbler.
3,Check if there is a packing washer in female thread adapter.
4,Put the faucet thimble onto water tap,using the specified wrench to screw the female thread adapter tightly with water tap.
5,Screw the faucet thimble to the filter subject.You can start to use right now.
Attentions:
*Must screw off the faucet bubbler.
*Must check if there is a packing washer in female thread adapter.
*If there is some water seepage at the joint between the adapter and water tap,please use seal tape to install.

The third way:For internal thread water tap
1,Choose the adaptive male thread adapter according to the water tap size.
2,Screw off the faucet bubbler.
3,Put the packing washer onto male thread adapter in correct way.
4,Put the male thread adapter onto special wrench.
5,Put the faucet thimble into water tap and screw the male thread adapter onto water tap.
6,Screw the faucet thimble to the filter subject.You can start to use right now.

Installation steps of filter element
1,Unscrew cap of purifier outer barrel.
2,Insert filter element into outer barrel.
3,Screw cap of purifier outer barrel tightly.
Attentions:
Must check if you forget to put waterproof rings when installing filter element;You cannot install or use it if you did’t put waterproof rings.
Must check if you forget to put waterproof rings when unscrewing cap of purifier outer barrel,please screw in the right direction tightly when install it.
Must check several seconds if filter element seeps after finishing installation,if not,you can begin using it.

 

1.Our product suits for municipal tap water,please be careful of other water source.
2.Our product suits for water temperature of 5°C~45°C,higher or lower temperature may destroy filter element and affect filtrating effect.
3.Our product suits for Working Pressure of 0.1~0.35MPa , please turn on switch slowly or install water regulator valve to avoid higher pressure damages it.
4.Our product Filter element may be different from each other in water sources, pressures, use frequencies and usages.
( UF membrane filter element suggests change between 6~8 months; diatom membrane filter element changes between 6~8 months after examination;Coconut carbon filter element suggests 3~5
months,composite filter element suggests 2~3 months ).
5.When installing water purifiers,please check carefully if they are in place and their layup or devices seep water; if seeps,please turn off switch,install again based on right instructions or
consult our company.
6.For long-lasting life time,please shift switch to "show head".
7.When you use new filter element firstly, please draw off water 5~10 seconds before you use it,also you’d better draw off 5~10 seconds after long time nonuse.
