Ingrediants
De-mineralised water, Skimmed Milk powder, Yogurt culture, Pectin (stabilizer), Sugar, Sodium citrate, Critic acid, Apple Fruit pulp and permitted flavours.
Manufacturing
Production begins with cleaning of entire equipment with alkaline and acid detergents followed by sterilization with hot water.
Skimmed milk is prepared from SMP and filtered and heated to kill germs.
The milk is fermented with imported cultures to prepare the yogurt and the blended with fruit juice and sugar yrup.
The product is finally processed and packed using equipment imported from Tetrapak, Sweden.
The Ultra Heat Treatment (UHT) and aseptic packaging makes the product very safe.
Stringent quality control checks are conducted during the entire process to assure the highest in quality
Storage
Manufactured under intensive quality conditions, Miruna Yo has a shelf life of 8 months under non- refrigerted conditions.
