liquid glucose is made from Corn Starch through double enzyme technique. It's colorless and transparent thick liquid with moderate sweet taste and maltose fragrance. It 's widely used in candy, drinks and beer brewage instead of sugar. The main composition is glucose, maltose, maltotriose and high polysaccharide.
