Light adn smooth HONEY, sutiable for childeren and those who do not like strong taste of honey.

Properties - purpose & origin: Locust honey was obtained from the locust-tree flower. It is light coloured and it accounts for one of the best types of honeys and is the most transparent of all types. It has a mild scent and delicate taste. It has a soothing impact (against stress, nervousness, insomnia&). It is suitable for children because it is mild and light. Locust tree can be found in Croatia in the area of Podravina, Hrvatsko Zagorje and Moslavacka gora. It blossoms in the first half of May. Depending on the relief and climatic conditions, it may blossom and nectar until end of May.
Any Natural Honey crystallizes. Honey crystallization (shape, time, conditions...) is different, depending on the sort.
Packaging: We pack locust honey in sizes 900 g, 450 g, 380 g (honey for children), 300 g and 250 g.
Transport packaging: 12 pieces.
Production process is due to HACCP system. Management quality system is operating due to principles of quality system ISO 9001.
