Ingredients
Chili shreds Fresh fish 700g
Onion shreds Lotus paste 200g

1. Place fish in the wok then fried over medium heat . Flip it over when the first side is golden and firm (set aside)
2. Heat oil and Saute (A) until fragrant, pour in Lotus paste cook 3min.
3. Ladle the sauce over the fish.
