• This is a Mombetsu sweet that is based on the idea of a group of students in a Comprehensive Business Class in a local Mombetsu High School. 
• They have created the basic tone of the image of Mombetsu which is white, Hamanasu (local area name) and snow which represents the area.
• The centerpiece of the cake there is a sweet and sour jam produced in Okoppe, Hamanasu which is on the surface. 
• This producgt received newspaper coverage and national TV coverage.

HOW TO SERVE

• Please eat after thawing. 
• Store in the refrigerator after thawing and eat within 10 days. 
• This is delicious to have with Coffee and tea.
