• This is easy to prepare, simply heat.

HOW TO SERVE

BOILING 

• Pre boil a large pot of water. 
• Place the unopened retort pouch in the water and heat for approximately 5 minutes.

MICROWAVE  

• Recommended Heating Time:  500W 2min20sec 600W 2min  
• Open the retort pouch and transfer the contents to a microwave safe dish then cover with wrap and heat. 
• Stir lightly then enjoy. 
• Cooking time may vary depending on type of microwave and watts.
