• These ramen noodles reproduce the taste of Hakodate's 1965 popular Ramen shop 'Mame-san'. 
• The full-bodied soup is made with back fat, however, it is simply not greasy. 
• Until now the noodles were made without salt. 
• They have a FLAVOR with impact. 
• The tasty noodles are kneaded with Funori Algae that is great with the soup.

How to Use:

• Please prepare boiling water and place disentangled noodles in the water for approximately 2 minutes. 
• Place the attached soup in a bowl and mix with 300ml of boiling water. 
• Mix the soup well then add the noodles that have been drained of water.
