Our Pai mu tan is made from carefully picked tea buds and leaves from the Da Bai (Big White) strain of tea trees, undergoing---

White Peony is also known as "Bai Mu Dan". The White Peony is made from the buds and leaves that remain after the famous Silver Needle has been harvested. It is sweet and mild, yet very full-bodied. The cup color is darker and the aroma bolder, the natural sweetness clearly identifies the close relationship to the Silver Needle.

Bai Mu Dan is the second finest White Tea after Yin Zhen. Our Bai Mu Dan is made from carefully picked tea buds and leaves from the Da Bai (Big White) strain of tea trees, undergoing just steaming and drying to leave it close to its natural state. Like Yin Zhen, Bai Mu Dan is known to have anti-toxin and cooling properties to help to decrease body heat.

Appearance:
