Quality fresh or frozen half carcasses, packed in jumbo box or in 3 pieces per half carcasses or other specific cuts.
Carcass basic specification :
- Fat-O-Meter with minimum average of 56% of meat - S/E/U - quality grade
- Weight of the carcasses will have a minimum of 65kg to 110kg, the average weight will be around 75kg to 90kg (average per carcass)
-Splitted in half, with splitted head and with feet.
-Full processing with CO2 stunning, vertical scalding and Super Freeze Tunnel for extra meat freshness
