This automatic powder bottling line consists of feeding-bottle machine, bottle-setting machine, filling machine and capping machine.
Function: automatic bottle feeding, automatic bottle setting, filling, capping.
Working flow: Workers putting bottles on feeding-bottling machine--- empty bottles are sent to bottle-setting machine----- automatically into filling machine (with Vibratory device)----filling as setting value------capping machine------capping (workers should put caps into cap hopper).
Note: This line is with automatic warning device. It would alarm and stop once there are no bottles, caps or products. And it also would alarm and stop once somebody opening the shield cover or storage hopper door.
Suitable for products: dustsalt, coffee powder, milk powder, flour and other kinds of powder
