We have different type of prune in iran but there are three type of this type of prune that is more common .
Bokhara prune :the color is yellow .we use sun dried process for drying the fruits.
Shoghani prune : the color is yellow and the size of it is bigger than Bokhara and Torghbe.
Torghabe prune: the color is green .
