Optimal method of brewing the Pu’er Tea:

    Hot Tea

In order to brew the best flavour of Pu’er Tea, the boiling water is necessary.

Put one tea-bag into a teapot with boiling water (about 300cc).

Soak for 2 minutes (please regulate the time and volume of boiling water according to your preference).

Pour out all the water in the teapot when you pour the tea.

     Cool Tea

    1. Put one or two tea-bags into 1 liter boiling water in a teapot and boil the water for 2 to 3 minutes.

    2. Take out the tea-bags (please regulate the time according to your preference).

    3. Drink the tea after it has been cooled in the refrigerator or with ice.

*Please take out the tea-bag as soon as possible, because the water wil have a harsh taste if you keep the tea-bag in water for a long time.
