Appearance:
RBD palm olein is a clear Golden yellow liquid at room temperature. It is obtained by fractionating RBD Palm Oil by separating liquid parts (olein) from solid parts (Stearin).
Applications:
RBD palm olein is also being used as frying oil by major food industries, mainly snacks and ready-to-eat foods etc. Also been used as a raw material for to produce margarines and shortenings.
