Blooming teas are made of white tea leaves that surround flowers of jasmine, lilies or orchids.
A glass teapot is strongly recommended for serving these exceptional teas. Brew the blooming tea minimum 10 minutes or more. The flower does not release any bitterness the taste will rather improve after 10 minutes. White tea is well-known for its fine and subtle taste and its health-promoting anti-oxydant properties.
A blooming tea can be used 2 times, using 5 to 6 dl of water each time. (The photos of the blooming teas are not contractual).
