About the noodles

The raw noodles are dried and let to mature without heating.

Cold air drying the noodles confine the taste of the Wheat.

About the soup

Pork Extract is added to a miso base which gives a rich flavor to add to the cooked vegetables that give a fresh flavor.

How to cook

Boil the noodles- Fill a large pot with water. Once the water is boiling put the noodles in for about 4 to 4 and a half minutes or until desired hardness of noodles. Whilst boiling, be sure to disentangle the noodles occasionally so they do not break.

Make the soup - Pour the soup packet into a bowl. Add 270ml of hot water and mix until disolved. (If you pour a little hot water over the bag before opening it the contents will come out easier.

Drain all the water from the noodles - Drain the noodles well and place the noodles in the soup

Add your favorite ingredients on top and enjoy!
