FERMENTATION AND AGING

Cold maceration, soft pressing,
fermentation temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Aged for
three months in the bottle.

SENSORY PROFILES COLOUR:

Pale yellow -AROMA: delicately
aromatic, sage, white flowers and pineapple. TASTE NOTES:
structure coupled with good acidity, complex. The grapes are
