The water full Production Line  is pre-treating the tap water in the raw water container and desalting in the anti-penetration system to get pure water. The pre-treatment device consists of mechanical filter, reactive carbon filter, natrium ion exchanger and precise filter. The core parts of the anti-penetration system has applied world famous water pump of "glanf" from Denmark and the anti-penetration RO films made by Haidenen Co.of U.S.A..The full set of film washing device is affiliated. The structure is simple, the operation is convenient, the technical level is high. This water full production line  is the most ideal drinkable water production facility in China.

3>Water application:

1. Suitable water source: Tap water, surface well water

2. Inlet water TDS limit: Below 2000PPM(for other water source, please provide us water report for detailed analysis for choosing RO membrane)

3. Water recovery rate: 70%

4. RO membrane salt rejection rate: 99%

5. Treatment water TDS range: 30-50ppm(bottled water standard)

 

4>Installation:

1. Raw water pump-provide the pressure to silica sandfilter/active carbon filter

2. Silica sand filter-get rid of turbidity, suspended mater, organic matter, colloid and so on.

3. Active carbon filter-remove the color, free chloride, organic matter, harmful matter and so on.

4. Micron filter-prevent any deposition of large Particles, most of the bacteria, and viruses into the RO membrane, the accuracy is 5 um, for holding back any large particulates such as large iron, dust, suspended matter, impurity.

5. High pressure pump-provide the high pressure to RO membrane(at least 2.0Mpa)
