what are the consumable parts?

Laser machine is a high-tech device. It's not necessary to change all parts. You only have to change Laser Tube, Focusing Lens and Reflective Mirror usually. As for life time, it's up to your job from half an year to 3 years for Laser Tube while lens and mirror is seldom to change with good quality and maintenance.

 

what software do we use? Is it difficult?

We use lasercut5.3 software, it’s very easy to learn, and it is compatible with AutoCAD, Coreldraw, Photoshop etc CAD&CAM software. Moreover, we will provide you with detailed English Manual, Maintenance Manual and Teaching Video.

 

can i change 80w laesr tube if i bought 60w orginally?

The larger the power is, the thicker it can cut. Therefore, you have to tell us your max. cutting thickness to choose proper power. However, it's possible to change it. You have to change laser tube together with power supply box.

 

do we have any certificate? how about warranty?

All machines are CE approved. No problem for FDA, SASO, CIQ. Depends on model, laser machine has 1 year wararnty.
